I led the end-to-end creation of a series of end-of-year value magazines for a utility and clean energy organization, highlighting AI initiatives and digital transformation across the same cross-functional teams operating within a double-diamond model.

With contributions spanning strategy, design, engineering, and delivery, information was fragmented across teams, making it difficult to communicate a clear, unified narrative to leadership.

Recognizing this gap, I spearheaded the development of an editorial-style storytelling platform that transformed scattered updates into a cohesive, high-impact narrative. I led creative direction, content structure, and design, collaborating with 16+ teams to synthesize complex inputs into a clear and compelling story.

The final magazines consolidated cross-team contributions into a polished, visually engaging format that aligned stakeholders and elevated how innovation was communicated across the organization.
