SharePoint Ecosystem

Thumbs – 7.png

I led the design and development of a scalable SharePoint ecosystem supporting 6 cross-functional teams across 7 sites within a utility and clean energy organization, reaching over 4,600 employees. Operating within a complex, cross-functional transformation environment, teams needed a more intuitive and consistent way to access resources, share information, and collaborate.

Existing SharePoint experiences were fragmented, difficult to navigate, and limited by platform constraints.

Recognizing this gap, I reimagined SharePoint as a user-centered, branded ecosystem, designing scalable frameworks that improved usability, established consistency, and supported both team-specific needs and organization-wide access.

I led UX and visual design across all sites, partnering with marketing leads and technical architects while navigating platform limitations to deliver a more cohesive and effective experience.

The result was a centralized platform that streamlined access to information, improved navigation, and created a consistent digital experience across teams.
