I led the redesign of the Concur TMC homepage and supporting feature pages, creating a cohesive and visually engaging experience that leveraged emerging web interaction patterns. I leveraged parallax scrolling as a storytelling tool, using motion and layered visuals to guide users through complex product information in a more intuitive and engaging way.

I developed a simplified illustration style to communicate Concur’s TMC solutions, translating detailed features into approachable, easy-to-digest visuals. As users scroll, illustrated scenes animate through parallax interactions, helping to maintain engagement while reinforcing key messaging and improving content clarity. I was responsible for the overall visual direction, interaction design, and illustration system, ensuring consistency across the homepage and feature pages.

The result was a dynamic, user-friendly experience that enhanced engagement, improved comprehension of product offerings, and established a scalable illustration approach that could be extended across future Concur brand communications.
