Walking Deck

Thumbs – 5.png

I designed and implemented a centralized “Walking Deck” system for 16 cross-functional innovation teams within a large-scale utility and clean energy organization. These teams operated within a complex, double-diamond transformation model, spanning strategy, research, design, engineering, and delivery, each contributing to different phases of the work.

With multiple disciplines working in parallel, teams maintained their own content and data, leading to inconsistent messaging, outdated information, and significant time spent searching for or recreating materials.

Recognizing this gap, I proactively concepted and led the development of a scalable system that centralized content, improved access, and established a single source of truth for presentations.

The solution included a library of 150+ brand-aligned slides, a SharePoint hub for easy access, and a tracking system to maintain content accuracy. I partnered across teams to structure content, define standards, and ensure long-term usability.
