Orca Card App
Objective -
Design a prototype iPhone app to enhance the commuter experience by making transit payments, trip planning, and account management seamless and mobile-friendly.
Approach -
Created an intuitive app prototype allowing users to scan their ORCA card on the bus, plan trips, add funds to ORCA and Good to Go accounts, and track buses in real time. Designed a supporting bus banner ad to promote app adoption. Focused on usability, clarity, and mobile-first interaction patterns to ensure a smooth user experience.
Impact -
Delivered a functional prototype that clearly communicated key app features, supported adoption through promotional signage, and provided a foundation for future development of a commuter-friendly digital solution.
